Our Commitment

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online betting and casino gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but only when enjoyed in moderation. kg991 believes that every player's wellbeing and financial safety are of the highest importance. That is why we provide responsible gaming guidelines and tools on our platform, helping you play in an informed and controlled way.

Gambling is never a reliable source of income — it is entirely for entertainment purposes. If you ever feel that play is getting out of control, contact the kg991 support team right away. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support is always by your side.

Responsible gaming means setting your own budget, sticking to time limits, and keeping a clear head whether you win or lose. kg991 provides several effective tools and features to help you along this path.

Age 21+ is mandatory

To open an account at kg991 and take part in any form of betting or gaming activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly off-limits for minors. Age verification is part of our security process.

Protection Tools

Keep your gaming in control

kg991 gives you six powerful tools — keeping your betting experience safe and enjoyable.

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24–48 hour waiting period — so you do not make hasty decisions.

Time-Out Break

If you feel you need a short break, the time-out feature lets you temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. No betting or deposits are possible during a time-out.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, use the self-exclusion option — your account can be deactivated for as little as 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, no promotional messages will reach you either.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When the time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and end the session if needed. This helps you avoid the fatigue and rushed decisions that come with long sessions.

Betting History Review

Your complete betting and transaction history is available in your account. Review your spending and winnings regularly — it is very helpful for making informed and responsible decisions.

24/7 Support Service

Our Bengali-language 24/7 live chat support is always ready for any problem or concern. For any question related to responsible gaming, write to [email protected] or come directly to live chat.

Healthy Betting Habits

Tips for safe and enjoyable play

Following these simple habits will keep betting a source of entertainment, not a burden.

Only bet money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Never treat betting as a source of income.
Set a budget before you play and stick to it strictly. Do not deposit more than your set amount in a single day.
Avoid the urge to place bigger bets out of anger or frustration after a loss ("chasing losses") — this is the main cause of serious losses.
Do not bet while drinking or under emotional stress — making decisions without clear judgment is risky.
Set aside specific time for gaming so it does not eat into time for family, work, or studies. Use the session time limit tool.
Take regular breaks. Resting from long sessions is good for your mental health.
See winning as "luck" and losing as "normal" — no strategy or system can guarantee an outcome.

Account Controls

Daily Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day. Once the limit is reached, deposits will be automatically blocked for the rest of the day.

Weekly Limit

Set a limit on how much you bet in total during the week. The most effective way to manage your weekly budget.

Monthly Limit

Set a fixed budget at the start of the month and stay within it. Ideal for long-term financial planning.

Full Break

If you feel you need a long break, choose the self-exclusion option. No betting or account access is possible during the break.

For Parents

Protection of Minors

kg991 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. If there are children or minors in your household who use a computer or mobile device, please take the following steps:

Never share your kg991 account password, and do not leave a device while logged in.
Keep payment card and bKash/Nagad app PINs out of reach of minors.
You can use parental control software on your browser or device to restrict access to gaming sites.
If you suspect a minor has used your account, notify our support team immediately.

Knowledge and Awareness

Know the facts before you play

Awareness is essential for responsible gaming. Keep these important points in mind:

Every game has a built-in mathematical advantage (house edge). Over the long term, the casino always comes out ahead.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical figure — it does not guarantee the outcome of any individual session.
Slots and live game results are entirely random (RNG-based) — previous results do not influence future results.
Enjoy bonuses and promotions, but read the wagering terms carefully. The kg991 welcome bonus requires 25x wagering.
